RiverCity Safety and guarantee satisfaction with your online learning experience. If you are not satisfied please contact us by email and we will remedy the situation.

We are interested in your comments and will follow up on your comment for the purpose of improving the online learning experience. We will make every attempt to improve negative experiences expressed, with the hope that you can continue through to the successful completion of the Transport Canada Boating Safety Test.

If your experience was good, let us know! If we haven’t provided the level of service or online experience you expected, tell us! We appreciate your feedback and will take action to remedy any issues.

Pleasure Craft Operator Card

Once you receive confirmation that you have passed the Transport Canada Boating Safety Test your information is placed into the Pleasure Craft Operator Card production process. Within a period of 2 to 6 weeks you should receive your Card(s) in the mail. If you do not, please contact us by email and we'll follow up on the process and email you back with an update and a delivery date or re-send you another Card(s) at no additional cost. Contact must be made within 90- days, the valid period of your temporary card, or you will be required to purchase a replacement card. See the “Lost Cards” section on the website for pricing.

If you notice information errors on your card please contact us by email as soon as possible. We will check the registration information that you entered and if the mistake occurred in our processes we will issue a replacement with correct information at no cost. If you entered the wrong information you will be charged a card replacement fee

Withdrawal from the program

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from continuing, your payment may be refunded if the problem cannot be fixed to your satisfaction. After 1-year, the registered account expires without refund. If you decide not to continue you may transfer your registration to another person but the 1-year time limit transfers to the other person. Email the contact email address with the request.

If for some reason two payments have been made on one account, a full refund of one payment may be requested by email.
